Any cancellations made within 48 hours of pick-up time will not qualify for a refund. Please contact us at queenssweettreats@gmail.com with any questions.
Deposits are not eligible for refund on orders and or specialty request once order has been started, Please have all details and or requirements ready at time of placing order. Once orders are paid in full and completed, no customers are eligible for refund on or after pickup date.. All orders and payments are final after pickup date.
All orders are final after pickup or delivery. Queen's Sweet Treats is NOT responsible damage Treats and or cakes once picked up or delivered.
Returns
QST does NOT accept returns on any items!
